What's in place

Each of these is a feature of the platform as built, not a roadmap item.

Reviewed withdrawals

Withdrawals start as pending review with the funds held. An admin approves or rejects with a reason you can see. Daily limits apply per account, and you can cancel while pending.

Audit log and exports

Admin actions, deposit credits, address changes and strategy updates are written to an audit log. Trade, day and ledger exports are available as CSV for your accountants.

Two-person rule

For the Xoric strategy, a second admin can be required to publish an update the first admin entered. Published trades are locked, and corrections are new entries.

Quoted swaps

Convert between coins through USDT at a quoted rate held for 10 seconds. Each quote is single use, and the fee is shown before you confirm.

Auto trade bots

Run spot grid or recurring buy bots on your own balance, at live prices and normal fees. Profit and loss counts only fills that actually happened, never a projected return.

Named support

Signed-in customers get live chat on every page, with file attachments for documents. Replies come from named support staff.

Pricing

Trading is 0.1% per fill and swaps are 0.2% by default. Network fees on withdrawals are shown before you submit. There are no volume tiers today.

Prices and execution

Prices come from a live external market feed. Market orders fill at the best ask or bid, and limit orders rest until the feed reaches them. Trading pauses automatically if prices stop arriving for 20 seconds.
